2. Our Commitment
We handle personal information lawfully and fairly, clarify the purposes of use, implement security controls to prevent leakage, loss, or damage, and continually improve our practices. We do not use personal information beyond the stated purposes without consent, unless permitted by law.

Account/Reservation/Purchase Information: name, kana/phonetic name, email address, phone number, postal address, account ID, reservation/purchase history, delivery address, and billing information
(Note: credit card numbers and similar payment information are processed and stored by our payment processor; we generally do not retain such data.)Inquiry Information: name, email address, phone number, and message content
Event/Workshop Participation: participant details, application content, survey responses
Recruitment: information in resumes/CVs and communications during selection

Studio Security Video: we may operate security cameras in certain areas of our facilities for safety and security. Footage is used only within the stated purposes.

To provide the Services (e.g., lessons, workshops, events, and product sales), accept reservations/purchases, verify identity, process payments, arrange delivery, and provide after-sales support

Technical Controls: access control, authentication/authorization, encryption, log management, and anti-malware measures
9. Transfers Outside Japan
Use of cloud, email distribution, and similar services may result in transfers of personal data to service providers located outside Japan. In such cases, we implement necessary and appropriate measures in accordance with APPI, including assessing the destination country’s data protection regime and executing appropriate contractual arrangements.
10. Requests Concerning Retained Personal Data
You (or your agent) may request the following regarding retained personal data we hold about you, and we will respond appropriately in accordance with APPI:

Fees: In principle, there is no fee. If substantial actual costs arise, we will inform you in advance of the scope and amount and may ask you to bear actual costs.
11. Minors
If a minor uses the Services, please apply/register with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 16 without guardian consent, we will promptly delete it or take other appropriate measures.
